Fillings

Fillings are placed to restore an area damaged by cavities, wear and tear, or fractures.  If the problem area is small to moderate size, fillings are a good option.  The most popular filling material is tooth-colored composite resin.  These are esthetic, strong, and bonded to tooth structure, so they are appropriate in many situations.  If the situation does not allow for composite, other options may be discussed.
